Step 1
Download Mio Order Form and fill in the required fields in the form. Please refer to "How to Complete Mio Order Form" under "Mio Guides" for more information.
**Note :
- For Bigi Bag Spree, JJS Spree & Tokyo Fashion Spree, please check the availability of the items you want to order before sending your order to us. This is to avoid disappointment due to OOS item. Please refer to "Check Stock Availability" under "Mio Guides" for more information.
Step 2
Calculate the first payment amount.
First payment amount (in SGD)
= (Amount in NT /20.5 ) + (Upfront Shipping charges - S$1 * [Total quantity ordered])
Calculation will also be stated in Mio Order Form.
Step 3
Transfer the calculated SGD amount to DBS Savings Plus account : 054-3-027837 and complete the "Mio Payment Details" in Mio Order Form.
**Note :
Orders without payment will be considered void.
All payments must be successfully transferred to our account before spree closed. Otherwise, orders will be automatically be cancelled.
For spree-ers using banks other than POSB/ DBS Internet Banking Transfer of payments to us, please take note that it will take 3 working days to process. Hence, please transfer funds early to avoid disappointment.
Step 4
Email the completed Mio Order Form form with subject "[Spree Name]" (E.g. July 08 - JJS Spree 1) to us at miocenespree@live.com.
Acknowledgement email with subject "Confirmation of Order & Payment - [Spree Name]" will be sent to you once we have received both your order and payment. Acknowlegement email is equivalent to confirmation of order.
**Note :
- Upon placing an order with us will indicate that you have fully understood and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions laid out by Miocene Spree.
- Please include our email address into your safe list.
- Kindly resend your order to us if you do not receive any acknowledgement email
from us after 2 days from date of sending of order.
Step 5
Wait for items to be shipped to Singapore. Waiting period is normally around 4-8weeks depending on individual spree. In the meantime, you can check the updates of your spree under "Spree Status".
Step 6
Upon arrival of shipment, an email with subject "Shipment Arrival - [Spree Name]" will be sent to you and second payment will have to be made to us at this point in time.
Second payment (in SGD) = ^Additional shipping & related charges + ^^Postage charges + GST (if any)
^ Shipping charges are charges incurred for mailing the items from Taiwan to Singapore, including any Paypal charges or GST incurred. Normally shipping charges will range from S$1 to S$4 per item depending on the type of spree.
^^ Postage charges are charges incurred for mailing items within Singapore. Charges incurred will depend on the weight of the total items to be sent out. Additional fee of S$2.24 will be added for those who opt for registered mail. Packages above 2 kg will be split up into 2 or more packages and mailed via normal or registered postage.
Step 7
After payment is made for 2nd Payment, please email to us at miocenespree@live.com with the following payment details completed :-
Incompleteness of information provided will result in a delay in verification of your payment and delay in sending out of your items.
Step 8
Once second payment is received, an Acknowledgement email with subject "Confirmation of 2nd Payment - [Spree Name]" will be sent to you and package will be arranged for mailing/meetup/ self collection.
Please refer to "Mailing Status" for mailing schedules of your package.
Step 9
Wait for your item(s) to arrive in your mailbox / at your doorstep! ^^
