How To Order - Mio In Stock
**How To Order For Mio In Stock Items**

Step 1
If you are interested in any of our Mio In Stock items, please send us your order at miocenespree@live.com with the subject, "Mio In Stock Order". This will help us identify and process your order as soon as possible.

Please complete ALL details of your order in the following format :-

1) Buyer Particulars

  • Buyer Name (Surname + Name)
  • Buyer Contact Number
  • Buyer Mailing Address
  • Mode of Delivery (Postage/ Meetup/ Self collection)
  • Type of Postage (Normal/ Registered)
2) Order Details

  • Item Category (Clothes/Bags/Accessories)
  • Item Number
  • Item Colour
  • Item Size
  • Quantity Ordered
  • Total Amount (SGD)

**Note :

  1. Upon placing an order with us will indicate that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions (Mio In Stock) as laid out by Miocene Spree.
  2. Please include our email address into your safe list.
Step 2
Upon receiving your order, an Order Acknowledgement along with the Invoice will be sent to you with the subject, "Invoice for Mio In Stock Order No. XXX". It will include payment details like Invoice total and the designated bank account to make the fund transfer payment.

Step 3
Please make payment within 24 hours after receiving the our Invoice. Otherwise, order will deem to be cancelled and buyers will be BLACKLISTED.

Step 4
After transfer payment is made, please email us with the following payment details :-

  • Order Number
  • Payment Method (ATM/ Internet Banking)
  • IB Nickname or Transaction Reference
  • Amount Transferred
  • Date of Transfer

Step 5
Once we have verified your payment against your payment details. A Confirmation with the subject, "Confirmation & Mailing Advice" will be sent to you. It will include the date of posting and registered article number (if sent via Registered Mail). Self collection of your item(s) will be arranged separately via sms / email at our convenient time and venue.

**Note :

  1. All items are checked thoroughly before posting.
  2. All items sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  3. We are not liable for any loss of item(s) in the mailing process. **Registered Mail is strongly recommended**

Step 6
Wait for your item(s) to arrive in your mailbox / at your doorstep! ^^
