In the event that you are not satisfied with the wrong item(s) upon receipt, Miocene Spree is pleased to offer you a "Buy Back Scheme" for the wrong item(s).
However, there are some conditions to be satisfied.
**Terms & Conditions**
Any buyer who wish to take up the Buy Back Scheme, will have to send an email notification to us at
miocenespree@live.com within 5 days from the date of mailing out of the wrongly sent goods by Miocene Spree.
The subject of your email notification to us should state "Buy Back Scheme Request - [Spree Name]" and the content of the email must include the following details :-
a) Buyer's Name;
b) Spree Name;
c) Item Name/ Item Code;
d) Buyer's Bank Account
Incompleteness of the abovementioned details might either cause delay in buying back of your item or transaction to become void.
Miocene Spree will only accept buy back for clothes only and item(s) must have the clothes tag intact and without defects.
Within 3 days from date of receiving of confirmation from us, Buyer must send out the item(s) and notify us the date of posting via email.
Buyers are to absorb the postage charges incurred for sending back item(s) to us.
Miocene Spree will not be responsible for any loss of item(s) mailed back to us.
Payment for Buy Back Scheme will be fixed at 80% of the cost price.
Payment will only be made after we have received the intended item(s).
**Buy Back Scheme Procedures**
Step 1
Ensure that the item(s) tag are intact and no defects in the item(s).
Place the item(s) in their original plastic packaging.
Step 2
Within 5 days from the date of mailing out of the wrongly sent goods by Miocene Spree, send an email notification to miocenespree@live.com with subject stated as "Buy Back Scheme Request - [Spree Name]".
The content of the email must include the following details :-
a) Buyer's Name;
b) Spree Name;
c) Item Name/ Item Code;
d) Buyer's Bank Account
We will email you the Buy Back Scheme confirmation upon receiving your email request.
Step 3
Within 3 days from date of receiving confirmation from us, Buyer must send out the item(s) and notify us the date of posting via email.
Step 4
Once item(s) are received, we will email you the date of payment and payment amount. Payment will be made to the bank account provided in your "Buy Back Scheme Request" email to us.
Step 5
Please confirm back once you have received the payment from us.
