All orders must be filled up in the specified Order Form ("Mio Order Form") provided by Miocene Spree. No other formats are allowed.
Please read the descriptions and measurements of your desired item(s) as stated in the individual item(s) URL for a more detailed information.
All details (inclusive of payment details) in the Order Form must be completed unless otherwise stated as optional.
Please ensure that the spree form is completed accurately. The "ITEM NAME", "ITEM URL", "ITEM COLOR" & "ITEM SIZE" must correspond to the actual item(s) you wish to order. In the event of discrepancies in the information provided, we will take the item(s) indicated in "ITEM NAME" as the item that you wish to order. We will not be responsible for ordering the wrong item(s) and we reserve the right to remove any item(s) from your order list due to the discrepancies in the information provided.
No cancellations or changes to orders are allowed after our confirmation.
First payment must be made to the specified bank account indicated in the Order Form before sending the completed Order Form to us.
The waiting time for each spree will vary from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. The waiting time might go beyond 8 weeks due to the seller's restocking process in some cases.
We will not be responsible if the seller sends us any wrong items(s), item(s) in wrong colours or sizes. We will still proceed with the order and post the wrong item(s) to you. In the event, you are not satisfied with the wrong item(s) upon receipt, we are pleased to offer you a "Buyback Scheme" for the wrong item(s).
Second payment (if required) - any shipping related (inclusive of any GST incurred) & local postage charges must be made within 5 days from the date of the email notification on arrival of item(s) are sent out. A late payment penalty of S$0.50 per day will be imposed on payments made after 5 days. Item(s) will be deemed as unclaimed and abandoned after 30 days. No refunds will be made for such item(s).
We will not be responsible for any losses or damages once the item(s) are posted out. Registered mail is thus strongly recommended to prevent any parcel from being lost in the mailing process.
Refunds will only be made for item(s) that are out of stock ("OOS") upon confirmation of OOS item(s) or used to contra against any shipping charges, whichever is applicable.
Refund of shipping charges will only be made for accessories sprees.
Self collections can be arranged solely on our convenient time and venue.
Miocene Spree reserves the right to extend or shorten the deadline for sprees.
Miocene Spree reserves the right to change any Terms & Conditions stated above at any point in time without prior notice.
